- 1. We provide four lessons per month on aggregate.
- 2. Each quarter (consisting out of 13 weeks or 3 months) 12 lessons will be provided. Provided that a notice of 48 hours has been given, two lessons per quarter may be rescheduled.
- 3. In the case that your instructor cannot attend a class, a make-up lesson will be provided.
- 4. You cannot transfer or resell your booking without the explicit permission of LondonMusicCourses Ltd.
- 5. Courses are allocated a set time and day. Participants will not be allowed to change the course day or time once the course has started.
- 6. LondonMusicCourses Ltd reserves the right to suspend or expel any student from all or part of their course in cases of unacceptable conduct.
- 7. Save for courses booked and concluded over the telephone in which case students are statutorily entitled to cancel their course booking within seven working days of payment, course fees are non-refundable.
- 8. In case of unforeseen circumstances, LondonMusicCourses Ltd may change teachers without notice.
- 9. All information on our website is published to the best of our ability. We do however reserve the right to modify course content and material as well as fees in the interest of course improvements.
- 10. We will give reasonable notice of any such changes where possible.
- 11. Courses cannot be put on hold at any time regardless of the reason.
- 12. Payment is required via standing order or direct debit on the 1st of each month after the first instalment.
- 13. Monthly payment not made via standing order/direct debit will incur a £15 admin fee.
- 14. Payment received later than the 5th of the month will incur an additional £20 late fee.
- 15. If you would like to withdraw from lessons, we require four teaching weeks' notice. A written notice is required via email. You can provide this notice at any time after completing two months of lessons.
